Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new sales channels and platforms to enhance market reach and sales performance.
- Manage relationships with current sales agents and platforms, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth and efficient communication with various sales channels and agents to meet business and promotional objectives.
- Collaborate with the investment promotion and sales lawyer teams, track sales progress, and ensure timely processing of property rights.
- Oversee the management of all business department contracts, including agency agreements, channel platform cooperation contracts, and legal contracts related to the lawyer team.
- Regularly follow up on the sales progress, ensuring targets are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Provide regular reports on channel performance and sales progress, and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in real estate or legal studies are a plus.
- Must have at least five years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales channel management.
- Strong legal experience and knowledge related to real estate, including contract management and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with sales agents, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate channel performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and solving problems.
