Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new sales channels and platforms to enhance market reach and sales performance.
  • Manage relationships with current sales agents and platforms, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient communication with various sales channels and agents to meet business and promotional objectives.
  • Collaborate with the investment promotion and sales lawyer teams, track sales progress, and ensure timely processing of property rights.
  • Oversee the management of all business department contracts, including agency agreements, channel platform cooperation contracts, and legal contracts related to the lawyer team.
  • Regularly follow up on the sales progress, ensuring targets are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Provide regular reports on channel performance and sales progress, and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in real estate or legal studies are a plus.
  • Must have at least five years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales channel management.
  • Strong legal experience and knowledge related to real estate, including contract management and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with sales agents, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate channel performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and solving problems.
